Orders

Orders are accepted when payment is confirmed and an order confirmation is issued. Product availability and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in euros. Applicable tax, delivery charges, and discounts are confirmed before payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Delivery and returns

Delivery options are provided at checkout. Statutory consumer cancellation and return rights apply, subject to exceptions for opened or perishable goods.

Product information

Always follow the feeding and storage information printed on the final product packaging. Product claims on this site must match the approved production formula.
